The sequence of examination of consumer claims for the supply of vehicles with quality discrepancies is described. The algorithm for consumer claim settling has been improved taking into account the specifics of agricultural produc-tion. The results of research on various levels of warranty repairs taking into ac-count the value of the period of the equipment operation are given.
