Entrepreneurs, despite the risks they undertake, are phenomenon that must be addressed by the academic viewpoints for the values they create. Each entrepreneurial candidate is involved in various stages of establishing their businesses for different reasons and working in the context of sustainability. It is assumed that entrepreneurs' susceptibility to financial instruments affects their closeness to the aims they achieve in their business. The perception of financial awareness includes the influence of individuals in the competitive environment, from access to financial instruments to the forms of use and the diversity of investment perceptions. The tendency to constantly evolving and changing financial systems and tools obliges entrepreneurs to be equipment owners. In this context, it is aimed to determine financial awareness levels of entrepreneurs in the study. In addition, the relationship between participants' socio-demographic features and financial awareness levels was examined. The data for the research have been obtained from the businessmen registered in Usak Chamber of Commerce and Industry. According to the findings, it is seen that businesses are managed by the entrepreneurs themselves rather than the professional managers and there are fewer capital investments. In addition, the desire to gain economic power within entrepreneurship motivation elements has emerged as the most important factor. There are statistically meaningful differences between the financial awareness levels of entrepreneurs and age, education and father-professions of entrepreneurs.
