One the factor that influences aquaculture is the supply of food for fish. Provision of fish feed can be produced by utilizing protein source from agricultural residue such as old cassava leaves. This study aims to determine the effectiveness cassava leaf flour (Manihot esculenta C.) and fish flour can be used as a mixture of fish meal on the growth of tilapia ingredients in the manufacture of tilapia fish feed (Oreochromis niloticus) and determine the concentrations of artificial feed made from a mixture of fish meal and cassava leaf flour. This research was conducted in the village of Sidodadi Asri, Jati Agung, South Lampung using RAL method with four treatments and two repetitions, namelyP0 (commercial feed), P1 (mixed feed with 50% cassava leaf flour : 50% Fish meal), P2(75% fish meal: 25% cassava leaf flour), and P3 (25% fish meal: 75% cassava leaf flour) that will be tested on tilapia for 30 days. The parameters were the growth of tilapia, protein content in feed, survival rate, and water quality. The results showed that artificial feed mixture of 75% fish meal and 25% cassava leaf flour gave the most optimal concentration on growth of tilapia. *Correspondence: Email: suciwulanpawhestri@radenintan.ac.id
