AS CONTRADIÇÕES ENTRE A REALIDADE SOCIOECONÔMICA DA COMUNIDADE QUILOMBOLA MIMOSO DO KALUNGA E A GARANTIA DOS DIREITOS LEGAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO E TERRITÓRIO.

The present study deals with some questions which points to the quilombola thematics from a brief definition of the term, realities and acquired rights, enfasizing the contradiction among the law and its effective appliance, mainly refering to the territorial rights and educational ones. This work was focused on the Mimoso do Kalunga traditional community, located at Arraias city, state of Tocantins, showing a deeply lack of its constitutional rights concerning to the human beings, also presents a precarious educational process, ignoring the values and culture itself.
