Directly Observed Treatment Short-course (DOTS) is an international strategy recommendation from the World Health Organization (WHO) for reducing TB cases. This study analyzes 725 TB patients who are registered at ASRI’s Clinic and supervised by PMO. ASRI Clinic is one of the programs from the Alam Sehat Lestari Foundation (ASRI) in partnership with Health in Harmony (HIH) to improve human health and nature conservation. From this paper, we find that the success rate of the DOTS program supervised by PMO was 86.2% with a program failure rate of 5%. A total of 5.3% of patients were referred to higher health facilities because of the complications. The death rate of this program is 3.4%. The cost that is needed for each TB patient is around IDR 1,764,705. This cost is higher than the global average IDR 560,000. The location of the healthcare facilities which is far away from the patient’s houses is one of the main factors that determine this cost difference Info Artikel Sejarah Artikel: Diterima Desember 2019 Disetujui Maret 2020 Di Publikasi Mei 2020
