Mathematical algorithms are applied, which allows us to study these issues based on experimental data gathered throughout specific tests, carried out on certain vehicles. These algorithms are applied on vehicles with) electronic control for various automotive systems, thus the data was gathered from the vehicles built in CPUs. To this purpose we will show how to use sensitivity analysis, variance analysis, information theory and correlation analysis in automotive engineering.
