This research aims to develop learning media for fractional dominos in mathematics in class IV, especially fraction material. This research is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D). The subjects of this research is the grade IV SDN Sempu 2 with totaling 18 students. Retrieval of data obtained by tests, questionnaires and documentation. The results obtained, (1) the average score of expert validation with a percentage of 87.7% included in the "very feasible" category (2) the average score of students' responses with a percentage of 90.2% included in the " very good ”(3) the average score of comprehension test is 88,3 which is included in the category of“ very good ”so that it can be concluded that the learning media of broken domino cards is suitable for use in fraction material in class IV and can provide understanding to grade IV students in fractional material.
