The purpose of this study is to describe organizational culture in an Islamic perspective: its prominence, concepts and models and its application in organizations. This research is a qualitative study. The activities of collecting and analyzing data, developing and modifying theory, elaborating or refocusing research questions, and identifying and addressing validity threats occur more or less simultaneously, each affecting all the others. Secondary data sources used are research results and literature related to this research topic. Then, the data were analyzed using Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA). Based on the results of the discussion, it is concluded as follows: 1) In Islamic leadership, apart from the responsibility of followers, the same applies to the responsibility of leaders to customers. Except for the most important aspect this cycle of trust-based relationships is incomplete without involving trust in Allah. 2) There is no compartmentalization of life in Islam into discontinuous domains, therefore the scope of morality is widespread. All life in space and time is a place of testing. All human relationships, beginning with oneself, are governed by moral considerations. 3) Culture can promote or hinder the implementation of organizational strategy. A strategy that is in line with the organization's values and beliefs will facilitate its implementation. However, when strategy contradicts them, it is much more difficult to implement. 4) Islamic culture originates from values, norms, thoughts and symbols based on the Koran and Hadith, these values, norms and thoughts affect the behavior, attitudes and habits of people from all walks of life. Islam combines culture and profession. The Islamic culture learned by employees is related to the work environment and will improve the quality and ability of any profession.
