CASE REPORT A 24-year-old woman presented at the outpatient clinic with a three-year history of continuous unilateral pulsatile tinnitus of the left ear. She also experienced recurrent episodes of otorrhagia associated with ear manipulation from the same ear, as well as recurring foul-smelling ear discharge for six years, with gradually worsening ipsilateral hearing loss.
