Preface

The third International Conference on “Emerging Research in Computing, Information, Communication and Applications”, ERCICA 2015 is an annual event organized at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), Yelahanka, Bangalore, India. ERCICA aims to provide an interdisciplinary forum for engineers and scientists to discuss and promote research and technology in the emerging areas of the core topics of Computing, Information, Communication, and their Applications. The conference brings researchers, educators, professional engineers and technologists under a single forum to discuss developments in research. For ERCICA 2015, the organizers received more than 650 papers. All papers were reviewed thoroughly by experts of the Review Committee-ERCICA and the selected papers were chosen based on the quality of research and outcomes.
