PENGARUH SERVANT LEADERSHIP TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR DENGAN MEDIASI TRUST IN LEADERSHIP PADA KARYAWAN THE LODEK VILLAS

Employee behavior that exceeds the required role is categorized in organizational citizenship behavior behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with trust in leadership mediation on the employees of The Lodek Villas Seminyak by using the census method (total sampling) in determining the sample of 65 respondents, through path analysis technique (Path analysis). The results of the analysis provide answers that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of The Lodek Villa. Servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on trust in leadership applied by The Lodek Villa. Trust in leadership has a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of The Lodek Villa. Trust in leadership is able to mediate the positive relationship of servant leadership to organizational citizenship behavior on the employees of The Lodek Villa. Company leaders are advised to consider the common interest in making decisions so that employees feel valued. As a leader must keep together with invite employees to discuss to provide input and suggestions useful for the benefit of the company.
