PT Sempurna Readymix Concrete is a company active in construction located in Batam. The purpose of the research is to analyze the influence of employee’s motivation on employee’s performance and the influence of employee’s discipline on employee’s performance. The influence of motivations and discipline on employee’s performance synchronously. Research held in PT Sempurna Readymix Concrete which located in Batam. In this research there are three variables : Motivation (X1) and discipline of work (X2) is an independent variable while employee’s performance (Y) is a dependent variable. The number of samples taken is 104 employees. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Research method used is method of quantitative approach. Data collection technique used is primary data, data analysis model used is multiple regression test and reinforced by classical assumption test assisted by SPSS 20 software for windows. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows the following equation : Y = 13.407 + 0,667X1 + 0,538X2. Value R square (r) resulting in 0,717 or 71.7% and value F counted as 127,829. > value F table 3,09 according to the result, it can be concluded that the employee’s motivation and discipline of work have a partial influence of employee’s performance synchronously.
