S-doped TiO2 photocatalyst has been prepared by the hydrothermal method at 180 C that assisted by the sol-gelel method and its photocatalytic activity was evaluated to reactive black 05. The obtained photocatalyst was characterized by XRD and SEM. The phase composition of S-doped TiO2 was influenced by the amount of sulfur.
