This analyzed the soft skills of university among university students; and their role in the lives of graduates. Teachers and students were the subjects of the study. Two questionnaires were used as research instruments for the collection of data. Collected data was analyzed by using a percentage as a statistical tool. The study demonstrated that the soft skills play an important role in the social and professional life of the student. The main recommendations of the study are that curricular and co-curricular activities would be included in the curriculum, the seminar would be conducted, and the environment would be positive to enhance leadership ability among university students.
