This study sets out to reveal the effect of 360 degree feedback performance evaluation process on the achievement of middle-level managers. To serve this purpose, 5-star establishments, in total 182, with tourism certification and operating in 5 major provinces (Antalya, Istanbul, Mugla, Ankara, Izmir) made up the application field of the study. The study aims to determine to what extent the 360 degree feedback performance evaluation process differentiate compared to traditional performance evaluation processes within the context of job achievement. The results of the study suggest that 7 dimensions (leadership, task performance, adaptation to change, communication, human relations, creating output, employee training and development) were found to be more effective in the job performances of the middle-level managers.
