LIDERANÇA E INTELIGÊNCIA CULTURAL: UMA ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA INTERNACIONAL DE 2003 A 2020

The present work sought to carry out an investigation of the international scientific production on the themes of leadership and cultural intelligence from a bibliographic survey, filtering and analysis of the results presented by the Scopus database for the areas of Administration and Psychology. The research was based on the period from 2003 to 2020 and articles published in English were searched, using the terms “cultural intelligence” and “leader *” as search parameters in “title, summary and keywords”. The results were treated using the tool made available by SCOPUS (Analyze Search Results) for knowledge of the general overview of the scientific field. Subsequently, analytical reading was performed to filter and clean the data, which resulted in a final sample of 36 articles, on which a categorization of the most recurrent themes identified was proposed. Based on the initial delimitation, identification of the categories and accounting for the articles, a future research agenda was proposed, which is believed to have contributed to the understanding of the theme, reinforcing its relevance in organizational studies, presenting trends for future academic works within the scope of studies in Management and Organizational Psychology.
