ESTATUTO JURÍDICO DAS ESTATAIS: GOVERNANÇA ALÉM DA FORMA

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the new legal environment created by the Statutory State-Owned Company Regulations and state-owned companies’ (potential) adoption of good corporate governance practices. To that end, at first this paper seeks to pin-point the reasons why said Statutory StateOwned Company Regulations have been created.
