Rebecca Burton draws on her experience to construct a list of pros and cons with regard to working collaboratively within the realm of theatre as a means to bring about sociopolitical change. Burton concludes that the pros outweigh the cons, but patience is a necessity, as are clearly defined divisions of labour, while adaptability helps ensure success and sustainability.
