An open data portal will be developed for rural producers, especially small and medium-sized ones, which allows the implementation of data cooperatives. The availability of this data can increase independence from large global data brokers, and facilitate the development and increase the competitiveness of a local fabric of applications and services based on the data. The project will collect good practices, and a prototype for a specific subsector.
