Supply chain management (SCM) is a global strategy in nowadays business environment. It is needed It is necessary to manage a number of processes and activities on a daily basis in order to achieve a competitive advantage. In order to achieve adequate bases for successful functioning, it is necessary to know their abilities and weaknesses. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to perform the decomposition of the complete system. In this paper decomposition in wood company and supplier selection in subsystem of procurement has performed. For determining criteria weights are applied Full Consistency Method (FUCOM), while the ranking of supplier is performed using Weighted Aggregated Sum Product ASsessment (WASPAS) method. Obtained results are checked through sensitivity analysis that is formed with modeling of criteria weights. In sensitivity analysis it was found that changes in the significance of the criteria could influence the decision making and ranking of suppliers.
