• how in spite of our careful planning, the laptop on which were intending to press the “publish” button had timed-out when the moment of destiny arrived. All that was required to get TL past that minor glitch was a little throat-clearing and ingenuity. But it has taken a lot more than that to get the journal to where it is today, in July 2013. And this is a good time to give credit where credit is due (in somewhat random order):
