Inventory becomes very important to launch production process activities. This article to determine the optimal lot sizing by minimizing inventory costs. To get the optimal lot sizing by comparing Lot sizing models using Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and Algorithm Wagner Within based Material Requirement Planning to get minimal inventory costs . The results shows comparing the lot sizing models of Lot For Lot, Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity and Algorithm Wagner Within, sown that AWW provides a more minimum total inventory cost of Rp. 927,600. compared to other lot sizing techniques.
