Without pretending to exhaust all taxonomic possibilities on the types of knowledge regarding scientific knowledge, this is taken as the axis that regulates such proposal of classification, proposing four types of knowledge: unscientific, pre-scientific, scientific and meta-scientific knowledge, to finally arrive to a brief thoughtful conclusion about what is addressed. More than a descriptive gloss, the text is proposed as a guiding scheme to help to identify the sources of knowledge, those sources which we usually depend on initiation to science tasks.
