Kabupaten Lebak is one part of Banten Province, Indonesia. The habit of residents who carry out toilet wash (MCK) activities and dispose of garbage in the river should be a matter of concern. Because this habit is the cause of river pollution. Water becomes dirty and is also a major cause of disease. Because all activities of the villagers use water from the river. The majority of residents in this hamlet do not yet recognize the existence of a National Health Insurance (JKN) program, only a small number have a BPJS health card (Social Security Organizing Agency). Residents get health services from the Puskesmas Midwives who come once a month, and once every 6 months there is a service from the Puskesmas Doctors who visit the Village. The service is carried out free of charge by the Puskesmas. Techniques used in finding problems in this activity are Direct Observation and Semi-Structured Interviewing techniques. The results of this activity are the provision of education to school students, health checks, basic food giving, and the making of MCK.
