This paper provides information and solution relevant to souvenir’s product design, market, low marketing price, and copyright protection of horned rhinoceros craft and craftsmen in Kabupaten Pandeglang. Implementation method used is training, counseling, practice and participatory assistance by finding village and craftsmen potential and encountered problems. Several alternative solutions were provided such as positive, innovative, and creative thinking. Training was delivered in simple languages to ensure that the spoken materials can be understood clearly by the local craftsmen. Sculpture craftsmen of rhinoceros were able to understand aesthetic elements placements and felt satisfied towards the sculpting training they received. The crafting process utilizes wood waste, bamboo, and duck eggshells, which supports the environmental sustainability program and increase the sculpture’s value. "Badak Trisakti" Cooperative has yet to meet the need of its members. This situation was caused by low participation and poor infrastructure. Weak copyright protection occurred due to an ongoing ”debate” regarding logo placement in horned rhinoceros statues. Despite the situations, this empowerment program was able to increase the income of craftsmen in the area.
