Making purchases has become somewhat tedious, if in turn the client has some degree of hearing loss, the difficulties are even greater, making it almost impossible to perform the same, feeling excluded by society. In the modern world, it is sought to facilitate daily activities through the use of technology. This work causes the social inclusion of hearing impaired people allowing them to make purchases, managing to facilitate, streamline and optimize processes in general, such as: choosing and taking orders, attending to the public, payment methods, etc.; giving in turn the added value that allows the entrepreneur to manage the business. For this the Alternative System of Purchases is used; an application for smartphone that acts as the client interface responsible for collecting the purchase data and sending them through wireless transmission / reception devices (WiFi) to the SMMI platform that acts as the local interface, which provides both the purchase information, as well as business information, important for decision making and service optimization.
