Resumen El presente trabajo brinda, a manera de propuesta, una herramienta concebida para los docentes con el objetivo de facilitar y complementar su labor diaria, mejorando sustancialmente la comunicacion directa y constante entre profesores, coordinadores de ano y jefes de carrera. La Gestion Docente conlleva a una eficaz optimizacion de las tareas de cualquier proceso docente educativo. El modulo informatico forma parte de la gestion docente que se realiza en el departamento de informatica del Instituto Superior Minero Metalurgico de Moa (ISMMM), en un inicio se probara con la carrera de Informatica pero la concepcion final es gestionar las notas de las demas carreras del Instituto. De esta forma se podra contar de forma permanente y digital con las ultimas actualizaciones en las distintas materias docentes, cortes, evaluaciones y resumen de cada semestre por alumno, tanto de forma cualitativa como cuantitativa. Ademas los estudiantes tendran acceso a consultar su estado docente, descargar los reportes de sus evaluaciones y a los horarios de clases . Abstract This paper provides, as a proposal a tool designed for teachers in order to facilitate and complement their daily work, substantially improving direct and constant communication between teachers, year coordinators and heads of race. Teaching Management leads to an effective optimization tasks of any educational process. The computer module that we propose is part of the teaching management is performed in the Department of Informatic – Instituto Superior Minero Metalurgico de Moa (ISMMM), initially be tested on the race but the final conception Computing is to manage the notes of the other races of the Institute. This will be without permanently and digital with the latest updates on the various teaching materials, cuts, and summary evaluations of each semester per student, both qualitatively and quantitatively. In addition, students will have access to view their teaching status, download their assessment reports and class schedules .
