The present article tries to approach to the reflection on the social investment in first childhood like mechanism of social transformation, as fundamental element from the human rights and its relationship with the Education For we approach it the problem from the perspective of the social rights of the childhood that tries to focus this important populational segment I don’t only eat regular fellows of rights, circumstance that implies a change of optic sustantiva of the first childhood like privileged scenario of fundamental human constitution. That is to say: if the man is not born but rather it is made, the first six years they would constitute the most important epicentre in that the society prints in the fellow its indelible and main prints, going back great part from its later problems to the constituent experiences of this important period of the life.
