This research sought to determine the use of Digital Technologies (DT) and Inverted Classroom (IC) in the pedagogical practices of teachers of the 11th IE Montenegro Institute, in Montenegro, Quindío. Thus, its methodology is qualitative, participatory action research. Therefore, the results show that many teachers have a positive concept about TD and that several use them; but, there is no widespread handling of these; and, some do not know the IC, others express that it is an important tool, but there are obstacles to implementing it: the EI does not have sufficient technological resources, nor permanent connectivity to the internet; In addition, several students do not have a connection in their homes. Thus, it is concluded that TD are relevant in teaching-learning processes. Likewise, the IC model is valuable, as it allows the student to develop various competencies; In addition, most teachers in this EI make use of some types of DT, but not the IC, this due to the limitations that students have to access the internet.
