espanolEste articulo trata de la relevancia de la insercion de una Educacion Ambiental Critica en la ensenanza del Derecho en Brasil. Para tanto, utiliza la perspectiva filosofica de la hermeneutica gadameriana y, desde un enfoque epistemologico y ontologico de la Educacion Critica Ambiental en contraste con un modelo positivista de la ensenanza del Derecho en Brasil, presenta las posibilidades de resignificacion de la educacion juridica para incluso asumir, el mismo, el protagonismo de la transformacion de la realidad planteada. EnglishThis article discusses the relevance of the insertion of a Critical Environmental Education in the teaching of Law in Brazil. To do so, using the philosophical perspective of Gadamerian Hermeneutics, and, based on an epistemological and ontological approach of Critical Environmental Education in contrast to a positivist model of law teaching in Brazil, presents the possibilities of re-signification of legal education so that the same assume the role of protagonism of transformation of the current reality
