In this article, the authors obtain the boundedness of the fractional Marcinkiewicz integral with variable kernel on Morrey-Herz spaces with variable exponents α and p. The corresponding boundedness for commutators generalized by the Lipschitz function is also considered. Mathematics Subject Classification: 42B20, 42B25.
