The article presents the results of the development of individual technology 4.0 industry in the energy business study. It was noted that the development of robotization technologies is one of the priority innovative technologies, including the use of unmanned aerial systems, the Smart Well and Smart Refinery technologies. The article also presents a model for assessing and managing the risks of introducing new technologies, as a result of which it is possible to build a risk management system. As a result of all the developments, the authors proposed the results of testing the model using the example of the introduction of robotization technologies in an oil company.
