In this paper, we will study the relation between complex character and the condition order spectrum ( ) in real and complex ordered Banach algebra .We prove many properties on it , s . afterwards, we prove that ( ) is upper semi continuous Finally we will show the relation between condition Quasinilpotent ( ) and the radical .
