Received: 1 May, 2019 Accepted: 28 May, 2019 Abstract Background and Objectives: Tuberculosis (TB) is included within the top ten causes of death worldwide. This disease is associated with pulmonary and extrapulmonary involvement. The major extra pulmonary organs involved in the disease, are lymph nodes, pleura, genitourinary tract, bones, and meningeal tissue. Primary splenic infection is one of the rare complications of TB.
