Factors Influencing the Quality of Educational Performance of Faculty Members: A Qualitative Study

Methods: This research qualitative is a descriptive exploratory study, which its data were collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and analyzed based on thematic analysis. The statistical population of the study consisted of faculty members of Yasuj University of Medical Sciences, among whom, 18 were selected using purposive sampling. Initially, two general questions were asked about the educational performance for beginning the interview and then, the interview process was guided based on the participants' responses. The Interviews were performed in the participants' workplaces and each interview lasted between 1.5 and 2 hours on average. Interviews continued until achieving theoretical saturation.
