Accepted: Abstract Background and Objectives: Multiple sclerosis is a chronic autoimmune disease with inflammation of the myelin sheath of the central nervous system. A series of factors, such as environmental factors and polymorphisms have been known to be associated with it. In this study, the correlation between polymorphism of rs2829803 in miR-155 and multiple sclerosis, was investigated in the patients referred to Farshchian Hospital of Hamadan City.
