Received: 16 Sep, 2018 Accepted: 16 Oct, 2018 Abstract Backgrounds and Objectives: Changes that occur during pregnancy will definitely change the marital relationships of women. One of the changes in pregnancy is change in the pattern of sleep and insomnia. It is not clear whether there is a relationship between marital satisfaction during pregnancy and insomnia. This study was performed with the aim of determining the relationship between insomnia severity and marital satisfaction in pregnant women referring to health centers in Mashhad city.
