It has been investigated in terms of the two concepts of lack of mental disorder and the feeling of satisfaction and enjoyment in life (1). Various factors exist in the professional environments that influence the staff and their work mentally and psychologically. These factors can exert either positive impacts leading to happiness and enhanced welfare or negative effects. High workload, improper behaviors, argues between the colleagues, and failing to follow ethical principles are among the stressful occupational factors that impose negative effects on work (2).
