The Sars-CoV-2 coronavirus infection since its appearance in 2019, has manifested itself with multi-organ commitment and with the consequent need for a multidisciplinary approach that includes several health professionals for acute intervention, patient stabilization, neurological examination and the rehabilitation process. Together, the neurological, respiratory and cardiovascular manifestations are the cause of disability, alteration in functionality, participation and the social environment in patients with Sars-CoV-2 infection, which is why they require early rehabilitation as well as programs designed around the pandemic and neurological compromise, wi as well as the neurological sequelae, based on the search and reference of different types of articles published to date.th the aim of early complications. These are reasons why the present narrative review aimsto describe the main compromises of the central nervoussystem.
