This user's guide is an introductory manual for using the 1988 version (Burgan 1988) of the National Fire-Danger Rating System on an IBM PC or compatible computer. NFDRSPC is a window-oriented, interactive computer program that processes observed and forecast weather with fuels data to produce NFDRS indices. Other program features include user-designed display formats, on-line contextsensitive help, archiving in the standard Fort Collins format or in a user-designed format, and utilities to maintain a catalog of station attributes.
