The study aims to highlight the relevance of the bonding relationships between the mother-baby binomial, conceptualizing brain, cognitive and social aspects during the process of language acquisition from birth to 12 months of life. We are interested in highlighting the importance of the dialogical interaction present in verbal and non-verbal communication through the Universe Premature® App. The bibliographic review starts from the studies on Vygotsky and Piaget’s cognitive theory and the concept of responsiveness in the Bakthinian view. To support the studies, aspects of neuroscience were analyzed by means of scientific studies on child development available in the Capes and Google Scholar databases. It is hoped, with this research, to elucidate the importance of mother/baby interaction through early dialogical, verbal and/or nonverbal stimuli. Intervention and assistance in the cognitive development of a vulnerable group, provides equity and a healthy quality of life, when minimized the possibilities of atypical linguistic development or late detection imminent due to the condition of prematurity.
