Análise das metas do pacto de gestão em um município do estado do Mato Grosso, Brasil

Objective: to analyze the goals agreed within the Municipal Management Pact 2008-2011, in a municipality of the Mato Grosso Southeastern Meso region. Methodology: descriptive research, carried out through the analysis of 14 indicators agreed by the municipality of Primavera do Leste, Mato Grosso, Brazil, from 2008 to 2011. The data were compiled by the SISPACTO database. Therefore, it was not necessary to send it to the Ethics Committee. Results: of the indicators contained in the biennium 2008-2009, the municipality did not reach the target in four. During the 2010-2011 biennium, the municipality was able to achieve the agreed targets. No results were found on the qualification of the health advisers and the percentage of the water analysis was below that agreed in this biennium. Conclusion: The municipality presented positive results, which can be associated in a better quality of the management process, as well as in the qualification of the technical teams.
