A CONSTRUÇÃO HISTÓRICA DA GESTÃO ESCOLAR E O PROJETO POLÍTICO PEDAGÓGICO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE ARTICULAÇÃO DA GESTÃO DEMOCRÁTICA

This article presents a discussion on the role of school management and the realization of the Pedagogical Political Project of school autonomy as articulation instrument. It aims to discuss the historical construction school administration and the importance of implementation of this management for the construction of a collective Pedagogical Policy Project, so democratic. It is characterized as bibliographic research, intending to contribute to the reflection on the importance of participation of all social actors involved in the processes of teaching and learning. In support of discussions on school management has listed up authors that address under the historical aspect as well as discussing the democratic management as Dourado (2002), Ferreira (2006), Gadotti (1994), Libâneo (2004), Lück (2006, 2009), Saviani (1985, 1999, 2010) Silva (2003), Theodore (2001) as well as in some legal documents: Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil in 1988, the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education 1996 the Ten Year Plan for Education for All. The studies permited to observe that collectively build a praxis of participatory and democratic management presumes break with the stuffiness acquired throughout the history of education, 189 Linguagens, Educação e Sociedade, Teresina, Ano 19. n.30 jan./jun. 2014. The possibilities for change are linked to the school system, policies on education, but especially the questioning of everyday school life. It is believed that the study can assist in discussions about the importance of collective elaboration and implementation of the Pedagogical Political Project.
