This document gives instruction and information aboutremediation of transport retaining walls. Concrete andreinforced concrete retaining walls in terms of proposal andworkmanship in comparison with many other structures can beconsidered less demanding. Unfortunately, this fact does notapply every time and we have to solve compromise proposals forremediation. Calculation of load would also not be problematiceven for less ambitious structural engineer. Also, designprinciples, and most simple form should not bother anyone. Theways of remediation described in this article can be applied toother concrete structures, whether they are retaining walls andnoise barriers along roads or railways.
