This research had the purpose of investigating if and how a formative process can bring a pedagogue/not specialist in music from a supporting role into a leading role in musical education. The research was conducted about the SEDF Pedagogic Workshops in the context of training in musical education for early childhood education, based on the partnership between the SEDF Central Coordination of Early Childhood Education and the FE/UnB, which offered the extension program "Professor Training in Musical Education Fundamentals of Musical Language in Education", in the year 2013. The work is divided into four chapters and has the historical and cultural perspective as its theoretical approach. Some elements of theater and music were used as metaphors in the writing process of this work. The methodology employed was Peregrina, in an action that analyzed the research corpus, denominated Reflexive Dossier. The dossier was comprised of legal documents, semistructured questionnaire, memorials, personal observation records, photographs and videos. First analyses of the material suggested the transformation of the action of the participants from a supporting into a leading role in musical education, by means of Transformation Tools. The instrument of analysis called "Accordionic" Dialogue revealed new syntheses of analysis, decoding the elements of co-acting as Borderline Situations, keeping and widening the Tools that transformed the protagonist action of the participants in the "Inédito Viável" radio show, by means of Communication. In summary, this research revealed the Autonomy in the work with music by teachers not specialists in Pedagogical Workshops, both in the extension program and in its subsequent roll out to pedagogues.
