This study aimed to measure the efficiency, performance, and organizational management in one of the country’s national police forces. Crime management as the prime function of the police requires resources which were considered as Decision Making Units in this study particularly in the Data Envelopment Analysis. The research study applied an input-oriented radial measure of efficiency and a Rate-to-Scale (RTS) using scale efficiency to determine the efficient DMUs. A structured approach to planning data mining activities (CRISP-DM) will be used in the analytical tasks using Clustering Technique. These data mining methodologies will be used to determine the crime patterns based on the historical data of the purposively selected cities and municipalities in the Province of Cavite. A software application will be developed as a predictive analytical tool to forecast crime, identify crime patterns, and further countervail security issues in the surrounding community. Further studies on the software applicability and practicability, impact analyses, and process performance are recommended to help organizations in their performance and operational efficiency.
