The objective of the research was to know the organizational climate and its influence on the collaborators of public institutions and to propose improvements in this regard. The main variables studied are the organizational climate that has to do with the internal environment of the institutions and how it influences their performance. The research is applied, descriptive and qualitative design; as a sample were 9 scientific articles from indexed journals. As a result, it was found that 90% of the investigations agree that there is a direct and positive correlation between the organizational climate and the performance of employees of public institutions. Only 10% of the investigations mention that there is not always a positive association between the study variables, because many times there are other extrinsic factors that influence the organization. It concludes that it is necessary to take into account the salaries or workload that employees have, which influence their psychological and health status known as burnout syndrome, which strains workers and influences their performance, therefore, 1 Universidad César Vallejo 2 Universidad Nacional de San Martín Tarapoto a Magíster en Gestión Pública, cjpd23@gmail.com b Doctor en Gestión Universitaria, manueldelgado1506@hotmail.com
