The research was carried out with the aim of knowing and proposing improvements in the motivational labor management in the collaborators of public institutions. The variable studied is motivational labor management, where it is that there must be motivation for employees to be more productive, in order for public institutions to develop. The research is descriptive, with a qualitative approach and the systematic review of national and international articles referring to the variable that were later analyzed. In the results, 60% of the studies related to the management of work motivation, motivation is positive so that employees can develop and feel satisfied. 40% mention that motivational management is due to a process implemented by public institutions, to meet the basic needs of employees and provide them with all the facilities in the institutions.
