Employees under different influences in organizational life exhibit different attitudes and behaviors. When employees feel unfair practices in the institutions, they reflect negative attitudes. The purpose of this research is to reveal the impact of organizational justice on organizational cynicism. In this direction, research assistants who are working in Duzce University have been identified as research universe. As a result of the research, it was determined that the research assistants’ perceptions of cognitive cynicism was affected by distributive justice, perceptions of affective cynicism was affected by distributive and interactional justice while perceptions of behavioral cynicism was affected by procedural justice negatively and significantly. However, researchers' perceptions of organizational cynicism’ sub-dimensions have been found to have significant differences related to their intent to change job and the affiliated institute.
