In recent years, life-changing change at a moment-to-life moment cannot define the dimensions of the past. This concept of change has left its place in the concept of transformation, the concept of classical leadership that will manage this transformation, the transformational leadership model. The aim of this study is to determine the transformative leadership in the leading chemical industry in Kocaeli Region (according to ITO) and their effects on the organization. The application of the study was done by adding the multi-faceted leadership questionnaire (MLQ), organizational commitment questions to the senior and middle level managers in the public and private sector in Kocaeli. The questionnaire was applied to 127 senior and middle level managers in four public and seven private sector chemical companies. In the research, quantitative research methodology was used and data analysis, correlation, regression analysis were tried to be interpreted by using comparative results.
